Here are few simple holistic tips to help you reduce stress and anxiety naturally:
Morning Grounding – Before reaching for your phone, close your eyes and take five deep breaths. Silently repeat: “I’m here, I’m safe, I’m supported.”
Mini Mindful Pauses – Throughout the day, stop for 30 seconds to unclench your jaw, stretch your shoulders, and notice your breath.
