Your immune system thrives when your body feels safe, nourished, and balanced. Chronic stress, poor sleep, and processed foods can weaken your defenses, while mindful living, whole foods, and rest rebuild them. Holistic living may help strengthen your immune system physically, mentally, and emotionally.
